Harvesting is entirely manual, allowing us to select only the mangoes that meet quality standards. Our employees, properly trained and equipped, pick the fruit carefully to avoid bruising or damage. To protect them from intense sunlight, many mangoes are covered with special paper in earlier stages, ensuring their integrity until the moment of harvest.
After harvest, the mangoes are moved to a sorting and grading area, where they are inspected individually. Only fruits with the appropriate color, size and firmness proceed to packing. We use special boxes and storage techniques that preserve freshness and prevent damage during transport.
